Abstract
Mūsdienās aizvien populārāka kļūst veselīga dzīvesveida un veselīga uztura tēma populācijā.
Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot Latvijas senioru uztura principus un paradumus un salīdzināt tos ar aktuālajiem literatūras datiem. Tika izveidota anketa, ar kuras palīdzību notika respondentu anketēšana un datu iegūšana , un iepazīšanās ar literatūras datiem par aktuālo tēmu un to studēšana. Analīzē tika izmantota IBM SPSS Statistics 23 un MS Exel programma.
Kopā tika apjautāti 64 respondenti, tālākā pētījumā analizētas 61 anketa. Piedalījās 33 sievietes un 28 vīrieši. Vidējais respondentu vecums ir 71,46 gadi. Uzturu bez ierobežojuma lieto 57 respondenti, četri atlikušie ievēro veģetāru uzturu. Lielākā daļa respondentu ietur trīs vai čertas ēdienreizes dienas laikā, un 75.41% uzturā lieto vērītu pārtiku. Visvairāk izvēlēto produktu grupas ir graudaugi, augļi un dārzeņi, gaļas produkti un piena produkti. Pietiekamu dzeramā ūdens daudzumu – divus litrus un vairāk dienas laikā uzņem 65,57% no respondentiem. Vidēji seniori uzņem 450,2 gramus svaigu augļu un dārzeņu diennaktī. Ēšanas paradumi piecu gadu laikā palika nemainīgi 65,57% respondentu, bet desmit gadu laikā 60,66% respondentu. D vitamīnu lieto 39,34% no respondentiem, bet 24 respondenti nelieto nekādus vitamīnus un 31 respondents nelieto nekādus citus uztura bagātinātājus. No sava ģimenes ārsta par veselīgajiem uztura principiem ir dzirdējuši 52,5 % respondentu, bet 47,5% no respondentu nav.
No datu analīzes un secinājumiem izriet, ka Latrvijas seniori ievēro veselīgus uztura principus.
Nowadays more popular become healthy lifestyle and healthy nutrition idea in population. The goal of research was to find out Latvian older adults nutrition principles and habits and to compare them to available literature data. With the help of survey it was possible to gain necessary research information. The available literature information and data was studiet. IBM SPSS Statistics 23 and MS Exel programme were used for analizing gained data. Overall 64 responds were gained but analized 61 of them. The answers were obtained from 33 women and 28 men. Average respondant age was 71,46. Fifty seven respondand eat all kind of food without any restriction but four people were vegetarian. The most part of respondant take three or four meals per day and 75,41% prefer to use boiled food. The most chosen food groups were grains, fruits and vegetables, meat products and dairy products. Sufficient amount of water - two litres per day use 65,57% of respondent. On average older adults eat 450,2 grams of fresh fruits and vegetables per day. Eating habits in five year time remain unchangeble for 65,57% of respondant but in ten year time – 60,66% of respondant. Vitamin D was taken by 39,34% of respondant, 24 people did not take any vitamins and 31 people did not take any other food suppliment. From general practitioner 52,5 % had heard information about healthy nutrition principles but 47,5% had not.
