    Legal Gaps in Progressive System of Resocialisation of Convicts in the Republic of Belarus

    Resocialisation of convicts plays an important role in the improvement of efficacy of crime prevention. A legal specialist from Belarus Vitaly Bury has researched and acknowledged legal gaps in the progressive system of resocialisation of convicts in the Republic of Belarus. For a successful resocialisation of convicts not only legal improvements prove important, but also reinvigorated social rehabilitation of prisoners during the time of imprisonment.
