    Changes in the Polish Policy of Application of Criminal Law after 2016

    Jurisprudence cannot boast of expanded researches which would be dedicated to analysis of legal policy, including criminal justice. However, exactly evolution of criminal law is the focus of the article by the Professor Jacek Zieliński of Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Poland; he studied changes in the Polish policy of application of criminal law after 2016. The reader might come to the question whether such changes would not be applicable in the Latvian policy of application of criminal law as well.
