The Value of Fixation Method of Material Traces in the Criminal Procedure for Investigation of Crimes

In the research, the provisions are examined, concerning investigative activity in the criminal procedure, related to the description of material traces. The attention is paid to the material, which is recorded in the protocol of investigative action in the criminal procedure as evidences. In the research, the concept of material trace is determined. A material trace can be any change on the scene of accident, caused by the event of crime; the lack of similar changes, although, based on the mechanism of the committed crime they should be (negative circumstances).
