    In connection with the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, it is proper and pertinent to compose synopsis of infractions of law (criminal activity) committed in those years. Since 2003, the rather complicated but most rewarding work has been the responsibility of Ministry of Justice, which also releases publications on criminal activity.

    States are Governed by Judicial Laws

    Habilitated Doctor of Law, Professor Ando Leps in his article addresses the fact that countries are governed by judicial laws. Codified judicial acts and laws, according to the author’s pessimistic estimations, halt the degradation of the countries and societies, if such “stopping is ever possible”. Legal regulation is potentially belated since the nature and natural resources have been abused and destroyed over a period of time.
